Short version: GigDriverCA uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies. We don't use ad trackers or tracking cookies, and we don't sell or share personal information.

What personal information we collect

• Browsing the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. We don't use ad trackers or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes standard technical data, like IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy.
• No contact form, newsletter, or accounts. We don't ask for your name, phone number, or any other personal information. If we add a form or newsletter, we'll update this policy first and say which provider handles it.
• Email. If you email us, we'll receive your email address and whatever you write, and use them only to reply.
• Please don't send sensitive details about your claim, injuries, insurance policy or driver account to us.

Who we share it with

We don't sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone. The only other company that processes data about visits is our host, Cloudflare, as described above.

Other sites

GigDriverCA has no affiliate links right now. Websites we link to, including app companies and government sites, may collect information about you under their own privacy policies. We don't control those sites.

Do Not Track

Because we don't track visitors over time or across other websites, we don't change how the site works when your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal or a Global Privacy Control signal.

Children

GigDriverCA is meant for adult drivers and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, for example to add a contact form, newsletter or affiliate links, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top before the change takes effect.
